We are now searching for a passionate


to globally develop our sustainable and circular economy business areas. You will market and brand our cleantech products and engage new clients and stakeholders. The position is new, and you will be working closely with our R&D, technology, project and sales teams. You will report directly to our CEO. You can be an experienced sustainability business developer, or you can be looking for the next step in your career.

You are passionate about bringing businesses together and marketing is your second nature. You have the tools and skills to grow new, unique business globally. Meanwhile you understand the core needs of different industries and environmental technology and are motivated to solve our clients’ problems with our state-of-the-art technology.

Areas of responsibility:

Drive business development and sales, build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
Grow our sustainability business area to a recognized brand
Discover new business opportunities and build an agent network
Manage Key Accounts
Bring your expertise to our team in turning circular economy challenges to business value
Work very closely with our technology team in creating sustainable solutions for clients

Requirements to succeed in this position:

Passion for sustainable technology
High education degree in a suitable field (e.g., Environmental Technology or Chemical and Process Engineering)
A few years of experience in sales or communications and client management to discuss and present engagements and synergy possibilities
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in both Finnish and English, other languages are considered a plus
Impeccable project management and organization skills
Hands-on attitude, proactive mindset and self-management skills
Willingness to travel abroad

Experience that is considered an advantage:

Environmental consultancy
Content creation and coordination of external and internal partners, external partner management
Process and circular economy expertise
Leadership skills
