Environmental Responsibility

We have started to continuously monitor the environmental impacts of our operations and are taking measures to minimize unnecessary emissions. At the core of our product development is emission-free, energy-efficient technology designed to maximize lifespan for our customers.

Curiosity, happiness, balanced and healthy work, and learning and development are values that we support and encourage everyone at TM Systems to strive for. We have several long-term employment relationships and careers (9 years on average!), which indicate a high level of employee satisfaction.

Economic Performance

In 2023 our revenue reached €6M at the parent company level and €17M at the group level. Profitability remained at a good level, resulting in a Strongest in Finland Gold certificate. The certificate symbolizes our contribution to the strength of the Finnish economy, both now and in the future. This certification attests to our reliability as a partner and our financial stability.
