SUPERDRYER™ – A NEXT GENERATION HYBRID FLASH DRYER

SUPERDRYER™ – VERSATILE, HIGH-EFFICIENT DRYING TECHNOLOGY
SuperDryer™ is a highly advanced drying system designed to deliver exceptional efficiency and performance across a broad spectrum of industrial applications. By integrating core functionalities from multiple air-suspended drying technologies – including flash dryers, fluidized bed dryers, and whirl/spin flash dryers – SuperDryer™ offers a comprehensive and refined approach to convective drying.
SuperDryer™ serves as a highly adaptable and energy-efficient replacement for traditional belt and drum dryers. Its versatility makes it ideal for diverse industrial applications, providing improved operational flexibility, consistent and uniform drying results and reduced operating costs
INTELLIGENT MULTI-STAGE DRYING
SuperDryer™ delivers a significant leap in drying technology, outperforming conventional air-suspended systems through its advanced patented multi-stage design. Independent airflow control across multiple tower sections enables precise adjustment of:
- Particle residence time
- End product dryness levels (from 60% to 95%)
- Product outlet temperature
This intelligent approach ensures optimal drying performance tailored to your specific product requirements.
Enhanced Fluidization for Process Stability
SuperDryer™ features a dedicated bottom agitator designed to mechanically improve fluidization within the fluid bed zone. This enhancement promotes stable process conditions and ensures consistent performance, even under variable upstream operating scenarios.

VERSATILE DRYING FOR A WIDE RANGE OF MARTERIALS
SuperDryer™ is engineered to handle a broad spectrum of feed types, including powders, filter cakes, free-flowing granular solids, fibrous materials, and slurries. Its adaptability makes it ideal for numerous industrial applications, such as:
- Recycled pulp
- Drying of MCC and CMC
- Fiber 2 X
- Bioenergy feedstocks
- Wood chips drying
- Saw dust drying
- Drying of fibrous sludges
- Slurries
- Drying of fruit peels & pulp
- Brew mash
- Bagasse drying
- Okara
- Tobacco
