TM Systems® delivers game changing solutions to meet stricter air pollution regulations globally

TM Systems® has developed game changing solutions to meet stricter air pollution regulations for industries, especially for pulp and paper mills.  We are proud to be a part of solving the serious global air pollution problem and help our Customers e.g. in China where Industries call for help while facing stricter regulations in their daily operations.

The Ministry of the Environment in China issues strong warnings to heavy industrial companies not to violate the nations rules of for emissions.  Globally, the new laws and regulations regarding air pollution are made in new areas.

The mixing of different contaminants such as VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), HAPs (Hazardous Air Pollutants) and PMs (Particular Matters) and water vapor forms smog, which has harmful effects at human health.

Beijing’s emissions of small, hazardous breathable particles known as PM2.5 fell 12 percent to 51 micrograms per cubic meter over the whole of 2018, said the local government on its website in January 2019. Average emissions are still significantly higher than China’s official air quality standard of 35 micrograms.

According to Harvard and Nanjing Universities, China’s war on particulate air pollution is also causing more severe ozone pollution. While PM2.5 pollution is falling, harmful ground-level ozone pollution is on the rise, especially in large cities in China. “Results from this study suggest that extra efforts are needed to reduce NOx and VOC emissions in order to stem the tide of ozone pollution,” says Hong Liao from Nanjing University.

China could raise average life expectancy by 2.9 years if it improves air quality to levels recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), according a new study from a U.S. research group. According to Atmospheric Physics Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the next step is to reduce the amount of pollutants discharged and carry out an industrial upgrade in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by 2030.

The TM Systems® product development team is creating efficient solutions to clean industrial exhaust air from vapor, SO2 and other contaminants and, simultaneously, save energy and increase industrial production.

Zero-Ex®, the game changing exhaust air handling system created by TM Systems® purifies air from visible vapor (fog), odors, VOCs and contaminant particles and fulfills the industrial requirements for better air quality and healthier environment to work and live, globally.
